Refund Protocol

01. Service Cancellation

Phase-based engineering services can be terminated by signaling Nodezet with a 30-day notice. Upon termination, clients are only billed for the developmental cycles completed up to the termination timestamp.

02. Refund Conditions

Refunds for retainer milestones are only applicable if a structural failure to deliver agreed-upon technical specifications is proven during the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) phase.

03. Non-Refundable Items

Costs associated with third-party infrastructure (Cloud hosting, API licenses, hardware procurement) are strictly non-refundable once the allocation has been initialized.

04. Dispute Settlement

Any financial disputes will be handled through a technical mediation process before escalating to formal arbitration. Signal your concerns to billing@nodezet.com.
