By accessing the Nodezet digital ecosystem, you agree to comply with these terms of technical engagement. If you do not agree to the standard handshake protocols, please terminate your session immediately.

02. Intellectual Assets

All source code, designs, and technical documentation presented on this platform are the property of Nodezet Private Limited. Unauthorized duplication or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.

03. Project Timelines

Estimated timelines provided during the scoping phase are architectural projections. Final delivery milestones are finalized only upon execution of a formal Master Service Agreement (MSA).

04. Limitation of Liability

Nodezet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from infrastructure downtime or third-party service failures outside our primary engineering control.
